Aptitude Technical HR are three process . Aptitude is average technical round was related to my project in college some basic therotical questions on DBMS os etc . HR interview was testing of communication skills English etc

Interview
The entire interview was very badly arranged, the management team was awful. If the company is not having any positions then why the hell these guys arr hiring, everytime they shoot the mails in Pune and call 300-400 people especially for Java skill. Even if the candidate clears all the technical rounds they give a false promise saying that the HR will be calling you and they never call. When the candidate proactively takes the initiative the HR bluntly replies that the position is on hold.
Did you guys even imagine how complex you are making the entire process to be.

There are totally 4 rounds which includes written and essay followed by technical and hr.
the first round includes aptitude ,verbal,reasoning and essay they will be giving 10 min to write 100 words.next technical includes the basic questions from core subjects and about project etc and hr was just to check ur confidence and comunication skills.
