they were going to release the offer but they didn't . My ccurent company was their client so they didn't give me offer. they should have check first before taking taking my interview

Interview
Had an online interview on 01/07/22. I prepared the camera and all other required equipment beforehand. The interviewer did not bother to open her camera or at least share some excuse for that and also sounded like she was in a rush. A lot of noises and sounds in the background. Totally unprofessional approach and no respect for the person who was waiting for that moment. I felt like she did not even pay attention to my answers, had probably more important things to do. Totally made me feel uncomfortable and demotivated from the very beginning of the interview, and I kept asking myself "What will be the managers like if an interviewer treats a candidate so unprofessional, with no respect". I just wanted the interview to be cut short and, did not even want to answer the questions properly.
Honestly, I expected to see professional people with a positive approach in front of me during the interview.
Probably I overestimated the company or that's the way how they were treated/ interviewed during their hiring process or might be a general culture of the company.
I guess, they interview and eliminate a couple of candidates to show the government as a proof to get a visa for their preselected candidate (s).
