I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Capgemini (Chennai) in Mar 2023
Interview
I had 3 level of interview process. L1, HR discussion and L2(it's a client interview) 1. L1 interview is a technical round(virtual interview), you would be asked to explain about your perivous project experience and based on your skillset you'll be interviewed. 2. I took roughly a week to get my result of the L1 interview. After clearing L1 interview I got a call from HR and I had a HR discussion. 3. Post HR discussion I had my L2 interview which was an in person interview. I had to visit my client to give an interview . The L2 interview had 4 rounds which was super difficult. 1.First round was a coding round. You have to write down the code. 2. Second round was more like an Group discussion round. You would be given a scenario and we have to provide solution for that particular case. 3.Third round was one to one discussion with the Technical Lead. 4.Again fourth round was an one to one with the manager I guess. It is a technical interview. My offer letter was released after clearing the L2 interview with the client . ( The selection process may vary from person to person. ) Note: After clearing the L2 interview. I was selected and asked to take an online English Mocha Assessment which ia mandatory to take up for releasing offer letter.
