Capgemini Sr. Consultant interview questions

The interview took place in a span of 2-3 weeks. Where as the number of rounds were four. First a technical round over phone which went for an hour and then next over face-to-face technical round which was about 45 minutes, followed by a Management round with the Project manager and the Engagement Manager which lasted for 30 minutes and last was HR round with discussion related to salary and location and timings

Very good, had two chats in the process + reference check. Was not only about the candidate in the conversations, but also about the company, incl. values and culture. They made it feel more like a conversation than a traditional interview.
