Capgemini Sr. Consultant interview questions

There where 3 rounds: 1. F2F which was technical. 2. Telephonic which was technical but at a Senior level. 3. The general HR round which was regarding how soon I can join and my expected CTC.

Long process lacking transperancy and taking over 3 months..two telephonic interview followed by personal and then offer rollout..at times clueless on the previous background..no online tests to assess persons ability..also no background check documents were asked prior to joining..only basis details on education and previous employment
