first telephonic and then manager round was face to face, i was interviewed for mainframe technology. asked questions related to batch and online(cics), jcl db2 and vsam. manager round was to evaluate the presonality type and just general stuff

There was a phone screening first and then scheduled a formal interview by phone. Interview process was quick. Placed me in client's place. Very good reputation of capgemini at client side.
