The interview focussed on primarily on the IT background, challenges faced, why i needed the role, and my MBA knowlede 0 They also checked for analytical skills by throwing ina couple of puzzles to check. Also there were also questions on the current set of IT players, the US market, the major changes in the industry.

It was 3 round of interview followed by HR discussion. But it was never been on time. Even no update from HR. Client Interview scheduled 3rd times. Total process lasted more than a month despite knowing I had cleared Interview. No coordination between HR and technical team. Finally I got selected and accepted offer.

Interview
One online test with a cut off score of 60. Then a technical test. Interviewer asked all sorts of questions from linq, wpf, winforms, wcf, asp.net, ssrs, visio, ssis , design patterns including writing d code. Although the JD was just for asp.net. Cleared all but salary offered was very low. Just 20% raise on current. I asked for 40%. So declined the offer.
