Capgemini Sr. Consultant interview questions

Attended Interview for senior consultant in capgemini for java,spring and hibernate. I had two technical rounds and one hr round. Technical rounds were pretty simple.There was no online test for 7 plus years of experience

i was already working with the company as a contractor. The managers liked me and had offered me a position. The practice head called me and spoke with me, we had a nice conversation and then they offered me the job. It was a good experience. I did not have to go through many interviews since I was already working there.
