The below was the interview process:
- Application Screening – HR reviews resumes and shortlisted based on qualifications.
- Initial Call (HR Round) – A recruiter connects for a brief discussion about background, expectations, and role details.
- Technical or Role-Specific Assessment – I attended a technical test relevant to my position.
- Interview Rounds (Technical/Managerial) –
- Technical Interview: Evaluates domain expertise and problem-solving skills.
- Managerial Interview: Assesses behavioral skills, teamwork, and alignment with company goals.
- Final HR Round & Offer Discussion – Salary, benefits, and joining formalities are discussed before extending an official offer

Tell about the major challenge you faced in your application ?
The interview process initially started with a resume sharing and a discussion initiated by HR, followed by Technical round which is a discussion of core concepts along with some practical hands on tasks and finally a short interview with Manager.

Interview
Good but Long drawn. 2 rounds of Interviews were held. Questions were good but HR process was mediocre and confusing. There was a huge gap and no communication between the 3 rounds of Interviews.
Interview process needs to be better.
