Its very short and simple, First was the telephonic discussion, immediately they scheduled it for the F2F round. after clearing the F2F they did a telephonic HR discussion, asked for all the documents and released the offer.

interview process is fairly streamlined, starts with HR round and ends with someone from senior management. fairly quick and responsive. I had given 3 to 4 rounds. They test everything from your technical skills to your communication skills. To be able to explain smoothly your role in previous company would increase chances of getting selected.
