Capgemini Sr. Consultant interview questions

The technical interview process primarily focused on evaluating my hands-on experience in ETL testing, SQL, and data validation. It usually started with a deep dive into my previous project work—especially around the data migration and transformation scenarios I handled. I was asked to explain end-to-end ETL flow, how I validate source-to-target mappings, and how I handle incremental loads. SQL questions were quite detailed — involving joins, window functions, aggregations, and writing queries to troubleshoot mismatches between staging and target layers. There were also scenarios around data quality, data profiling, and how I handle nulls, duplicates, or truncation issues.
