Capgemini Sr. Software Engineer interview questions

The interview process was quite lengthy and lacked clear communication. I often had to proactively follow up with different individuals to get updates and understand the current status of my application. This made the experience somewhat challenging and unclear at times.

During Interview Process there was an 3 rounds has been taken. First was Technical round . which is purely based on coding standards and developement , time management, solution provide etc. Second round based on total experience , worked on projects, strategies, new technology , future plans, data analysis , data understanding , development , SDLC cycle. And last round was HR.
