Interview
IT takes 2 rounds of interview L1 and L2.
L1 – Technical Screening Round
This round focuses primarily on assessing the technical knowledge and problem-solving ability of the candidate.
Candidates are usually tested on core technical concepts relevant to the role (e.g., programming, databases, networking, cloud, or domain-specific technologies).
A coding test or hands-on practical exercise may be included to evaluate logical thinking, coding efficiency, and debugging skills.
The aim is to ensure the candidate has the required technical foundation and competency for the role.
L2 – Technical + Managerial Round
This round goes beyond just technical knowledge and evaluates practical application and decision-making.
Candidates may be asked scenario-based or case study questions to test how they would apply their technical knowledge to real-world business or project challenges.
Managerial aspects are also assessed, such as:
Handling pressure or deadlines
Stakeholder communication
Team collaboration and leadership skills
Conflict resolution or prioritization of tasks
The goal is to understand not only the candidate’s technical depth, but also their problem-solving approach, communication, and suitability for team dynamics.
