Colloquio telefonico con recruiter per analisi più approfondita del cv. La posizione era per uno stage con un mese di formazione in inglese a Milano e allocazione in una sede Capgemini a seguito di un test di fine formazione.
The interview process was professional and well-organized. The interviewers were respectful, asked relevant questions, and provided an opportunity to discuss my experience and skills. The overall interaction was positive, engaging, and helped me better understand the role and expectations.

I applied through on campus hiring. first online assessment, then behaviourial round then communication round then interview round. very basic to medium questions were asked. all things happened in online format.
