The interview process was very pleasant as they asked questions about coding, technical concepts, and topics related to my academics and projects. I felt comfortable answering them because they were relevant to my knowledge and experience. Overall, the interview went really well, and I am thrilled to share that I got selected for the position.

Interview
It went great. The interviewer explained the whole Capgemini Group and its job. We had about 20 minutes of presentation, and then we went to technical questions & live coding. This lasted for about an hour.
Applied via online portal, received interview link for 3+ years Java Developer role. Process included technical screening, coding rounds on Java/Spring, system design, managerial discussion, and HR round covering fit and salary, leading to final offer and onboarding
First round is a background fit with HR, simple tell me about yourself. Second round is an OA, and last round was a take home assignment one has to present to some of the team members (2).
