Interview
Step 1: was the shortlisting of the applicants based on CGPA and interships
Step 2: was a GD or group discussion where around 10 people were put in a panel and discussion on a general topics (population explosion and its disadvantages) happened
Step 3: shortlists of the above step were to attend a final interview- this comprised of both technical and HR based competencies testing. Some of the highlights of this interview were as follows-
Basics on computing language C, C++
Graduation project work- relating it to real life application
Hobbies- what, why and how do they help
Puzzles to test aptitude and thinking
