Capgemini is my dream company. Interview process is very nice they conduted totally 2 rounds of interview 1st round was technical round and the final round was Manager round. They announced the results of each round on 2 days gap so within a week I completed all my interview process. Onboarding also very easy they have guided everything like BGC documentation process , laptop delivery, Welcome kit , ID card details etc.

They are asking questions related to my experience. I'm a Automation tester. So they have asked questions in Selenium

Participated in a two-round technical interview process:
The first round focused on Selenium WebDriver, core Java concepts, real-time project experience, and XPath locator strategies.
The second round involved in-depth resume discussion, project responsibilities, and advanced XPath element identification scenarios.
It was good and smooth project related and technical question were asked . Basic to advance question were asked the interview was not much attentive and was in bit hurry .

it was quite good ,process was fair and up to the mark,questions were all mixed and questions were rightly asked as per job description,prepare well what you mentioned in your resume,and got through all work which you have done previously,most of the questions will be from that
