Interviews are conducted through consultancy for freshers. Went through 3rounds of interview in consultancy like apptitude, face to face and HR round and final interview was with Capgemini HR. After getting selected for company will be having 2months of training in consultancy itself wherein you will be given training on Excel, Interpersonal skills etc.
