Interview
Written test due to only 3 panel members.They didn't able to conduct the hiring process.morning session they took face to face .from afternoon they conducted written test for all the experienced people having 6-12 yrs of experience.
The HR interview especially the first one was not professional.
The technical interview was very normal process with a lot of questions the interviewer was very friendly and communicated the question well, over all it was a good experience.
Intervew process is virtul about 40 min ,asking about .net ,react .
They also ask to share screen and ask 2 coding question on .net and react.
Overall interview process is not so hard.
it went smooth, with 3 rounds of communication and followed by one technical round and then directly selected for the job they ask about our academics projects and mainly test our soft skills
