Interview
It has been a Skype call, with the first hour dedicated to an informal interview, followed by the technical interview with the team director. The general atmosphere was relaxed, no pressure and during the interview I talked both in Italian and in English.

Capgemini first conducted Online Test, then final Interview and Its is on campus. So Capgemini employees came to campus and conducted online test and who qulaified in the test are eligible for final interview, which is virtual.

First an HR screening round with questions like why this company and why this function. Then a culture fit interview. Then a technical interview with their client. Also some behavioural questions after the technical questions.
