I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Capgemini (Hyderabad) in Dec 2025
Interview
Interview process is ok.
I have mentioned to HR about my preferred location and Expected CTC.
Before interview itself, I have mentioned my preferred location is Hyderabad and my expected CTC is 35 since my CCTC is 26.
They agreed and conducted interviews, I have cleared all the round and shared required documents for the offer letter procedure.
HR called me and saying we don't have Hyderabad location option for this position. I agreed for Banglore location.
One week later HR called me again and said we don't have budget of 35LPA, we can offer max 25LPA.
If you don't have budget, why you have conducted interviews?
is this a joke?
No ethics, No morals, Worst company ever
