I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Capgemini Engineering (Bengaluru) in Jul 2012
Interview
I got into Aricent through campus placement. There was a aptitude test, which happened in 3 batches, around 50% of us got through that. There was a group discussion where none was knocked out. After that, the technical interview happened where the interviewer asked questions from each and every engineering subject we had learned, C, DS, OS, Finite automata, Computer Architecture and Organisation, Unix, Software Engineering etc. HR round happened the next day. HR round was liek a normal conversation.
they will usually ask more about microservices, how do we handle request, ask us to design the api for an application.
they will have L1 and L2 round for overall interview process.
3 interviews, 2 technical and 1 hr. Medium leetcode. Hr was good to know about the team and company culture. Did not upfront discuss comp for the role. Project detail was not discussed but team detail was good
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Capgemini Engineering (Madrid)
Interview
