Interview
Two rounds of interviews, first round was technical, was mostly asked questions on Spring and few JAVA based questions. Second was managerial but he also asked few technical questions and observed general communication skills. Normally they hire when a project is in pipeline as normally the bench strength is very low, but in case the project doesn't come they make you work on lots of different technologies.

Then a technical round with Engineers with more difficult questions where I had to answer questions about the type of process I had experience.

Fue una entrevista muy agradable la verdad, la mujer era super educada y encantadora. Me gusto mucho y me transmitió buena vibra. También hablaba en inglés y francés. Era una entrevista larga.
