Capgemini Engineering Ingeniero interview questions

Applied online and got a phone call by Hr (Friday). They asked me to have a phone interview then we set the interview day and they said they were going to send me a confirmation email but they never sent. Unfortunately, there was no one contact me back on the interview day (Monday). I tried to contact the person who called me and she was out of office about 2-3 weeks. Then I decided to send her an email and emergency contact. Apparently, no one gets me back. Moreover, when she got back from vacation, I also contacted her again by phone and she hung up my call when I introduced my name then she did not pick up again. So I tried to send her email again for the last time and no sign of her. It seemed they never ever contacted me before. I am so disappointed.

Mostly Managerial. With a little technical emphasis. Easy two step process, Phone and Personal interview. Phone interview is quite usual, with HR and Managers. Personal interview will be with Managers and Project Managers.
