1. Interview Objectives • Assess the candidate’s ability to gather and analyze requirements. • Evaluate understanding of IT systems, SDLC, and BA tools. • Understand communication skills with stakeholders (technical and non-technical). • Test experience with process modeling, documentation, and agile/waterfall methodologies.

I interviewed right out of college. They asked good questions that challenged me to think, which I found very exciting! They were kind and didn’t make me feel underqualified even though I had just graduated college.
