CalAmp interview questions

Great experience from beginning to end. Had initial phone interview for 45 minutes. After speaking with my recruiter and getting a good understanding of what skills they were looking for I was excited and hopeful for an opportunity to meet. The next day I received an email scheduling an interview. On the day of, my recruiter took the time to drive from LA to the office location to meet me in person and tour me through the beautiful offices prior to my interview with executives. I was met by interviewers and had a 30 minute session. I was called back for 2nd interview within a week, and again interviewed for 30 minutes. My interviewers were on time, polite and warm. I received a call offering the position within hours of the 2nd interview.

It was the most disorganized and unprofessional experience I've ever had in my 20 years as a working professional. The hiring manager and HR are completely misaligned on expectations, compensation and who I'd be interviewing with. Its like being in a boy scout of 4th graders. You could sense the lack of accountability amongst themselves and being a new hire, you are going to take the grunt of mending all the disconnects amongst all the departments. Their corporate recruiter, Rashad defiantly needs more training on how to speak professionally and asking the appropriate questions to candidates at the senior level.
