The process was quite long. First they asked me to do a pretty long coding challenge that took me several days full time. Probably the biggest coding challenge I've ever made.
After that, I was invited to the three one-hour interviews in a row. This part was interesting as I was asked about things that I like to talk about.
And then, just a generic email of rejection without a simple word of feedback.
I invested a lot of my time on this interview and I was expecting at least some kind of constructive feedback so that I can do better in other processes in this company or others.
This is a perfect example of how HR people and software engineers make potential customers hate their company. From now on, I wish Uber get rid of Cabify or that the Spanish government crush them with all kind of legislation burdens.
