Interview
Initial HR interview over the phone. Then another phone interview with the chief engineer. Finally an onsite visit to meet various managers and tour the facility. Met with each manager individually for an hour.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at CNH Industrial (Basildon, South East England, England) in Mar 2014
Interview
I was called in for 3 interviews, which varied in structure. The 1st 2 visits included 3 interviews which followed like this:
Interview one:
I was interviewed by a HR representative (who was very friendly) and a manager for the role I was applying for (in product engineering). The interview was very typical with questions on previous roles, why I chose to study my subject and so on. The only curve ball was the way the manager from engineering delved into my work experience. He seemed very distrusting - which was most irritating! This interview was almost an hour long!
Interview two (same day as the above):
I was not expecting this, but another senior member of HR called me into his office for about 15 - 20 minutes "chat". He seemed to be trying to use psychology techniques asking things like "imagine you're a future visionary, where do you see technology bringing us in 10 years time?". He also asked "What are your views on the 2008/09 recession?".
Interview three (second visit):
This interview was more technical. I was interviewed by the current intern and an engineer from within that roll.
I did not get the 1st job (I was not told this), so I was called in to go and interview for another roll (should I be interested):
Interview four:
I was interviewed by a manufacturing manager and a HR representative. This interview went over a lot of typical questions of the first interview, but was much shorter (20 minutes).

Interview
I applied online and then I received an e-mail to schedule an interview by phone.
The phone call was on time and the recruiter was very polite and clear.
Was a fast interview, about 30 minutes and all questions were focused on the job description, my experience and my interest in the company.
