I applied online. I interviewed at CNH Industrial in Feb 2018
Interview
I applied online and was contacted several days later by someone in HR to schedule a phone screen. After the phone screen the HR person I had spoken with called me back to set up a phone interview with a hiring manager the following week. I thought the interview with the hiring manager went well and it seemed like I would be a good fit for the job. The hiring manager told me that HR would be in touch once they made a decision. That was over a month ago and I still have not heard back from them.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at CNH Industrial (Benson, MN) in Mar 2018
Interview
Applied online and was contacted by one of their talent people five days later and later had a short interview with her. That went well so three days later I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. Soon after that they set up an onsite interview and had it two weeks later. I thought it went went well but have not heard anything from them since. It has been about 10 days since then so I am not sure what to think. Overall it has been a good experience. They pay for all travel expenses as I live over 150 miles away from where job is. Hopefully I get an offer soon, but am beginning to worry.
