Good process with panel. All was done online. . People were nice. HR was professional as would be expected. Found their online tracking system a little confusing but was able to navigate.
Received an email from the recruiter about a week after applying to arrange a phone interview. Phone interview lasted about 30 minutes. Withdrew application after learning more about the role.

Question 1
List your top three strengths.
What would I be able to bring to the role that separates me from other candidates.
Salary expectation.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CIBC in Apr 2022
Interview
I received a phone call from recruiter for initial screening. Recruiter mentioned that he is going to discuss two roles with me - Senior Developer and Senior Consultant. When I mentioned to recruiter that I had applied for Senior Manager role and I was not interested in developer/consultant roles, he remarked that I had applied for multiple positions over time and he had hard time to go through the list (sign of unprofessionalism).
He then asked me if I could attend the interview with the hiring manager within the next 2 hours which I politely declined due to pre-booked medical appointment. He then mentioned that they will arrange a video call interview in the next 1-2 business days and that he will circle back to me with time slots.
While asking for my salary expectations, I was also asked to reveal my current salary. This is highly objectionable as the salary for the role CIBC hiring for should not be dependent on candidate's current salary. (another sign of unprofessionalism).
Neither recruiter nor hiring manager reached out to me or responded to my follow-up email. (yet another sign of unprofessionalism).
