The FACDP program includes one robot interview and manager interview. The second round with manager and HR manager to have interview with behavior questions related with the cases. There is no tech questions, genernally because this is a sale position in Financial industry.

Communicate with unhappy clients, how should you do?
It was great and many questions were basics and few of them were difficult. Also asked riddles. They asked 50% questions related to the role and 50% questions behavioral. Overall it was an ok interview.

Interview
The interview process started with a screening call, followed by an in-person interview with the hiring manager. The job description and tasks were outlined, but the conversation felt rushed and disorganized. Most questions were behavioural, but a few industry-specific questions were thrown in without much context. Overall, the experience was quite negative and left me feeling uncertain about the role.
