One round behavioural with two senior consultants on the team, potentially with manager as well. Very basic questions about experiences for behaviorals and situationals. Afterwards, about a 1-2 week wait for offer decision.

I was asked both conceptual questions and scenario-based questions to evaluate how I approach real-world challenges.
First round hr interview is just a very quick resume walk through. They ask you about the experiences on your resume and just a quick behavioral asking about you as a person. Then I was let know of position availability.
