First interview was a phone interview. Second interview was in-person with 3 higher level employees. The second interview also consisted of a test that covered a specific process. I did not receive feedback on the test. I ultimately did not recieve an offer.
I was contacted by a recruiter via LinkedIn for a role they said I’d be perfect for. Went for the panel interview, and it was a strange experience, the questions, almost seem like they were not serious about me as candidate.
It was a smooth interview process, online application, online behavioral assessment, and then HR screening. The interview was a typical one, with behavioral questions as well as some tech questions as well.
