CIBC Associate, Commercial Banking interview questions

The process took 4 months. Telephone interview, a few in person interviews. The recruiter contacted me for a phone interview and the manager continued with the one on one interviews.

Someone referred me internally, so first interview was with Market VP. Interview was quite general i.e. about previous work history etc. Then called for a case study, it was short but technical. I was allowed 30 mins after which VP along with a Senior Manager came into the room and started discussing case. After case some interview questions about work history and business development techniques.
