Someone referred me and I got a phone call first, it was a very short phone interview. After a few days someone gave me a longer telephone interview. The one who spoke me through the phone was super super nice, she told me some advices and she was so gentle and patience. And then I got a face to gace interview at a Cambridge branch. The manager and another employee interviewed me. They were so kind and paid attention to all my answers.

Took place at the branch with the branch manager and assistant manager. Asked a few situational questions. Overall it was great. Seemed very will to teach whatever was needed and offer opportunities to advance within the company. Explained it was a tight group on the front line
