Interview
Process began with a few very informal meetings, basically aimed to find a personality fit with the specific team I would be working with. These lead to a formal 2 hour interview with VP, which included a case study. I then had an interview with another VP. While the second was much less formal, it did include a case study as well.

Question 1
Case study was unannounced, which made it rather difficult. Was quizzed on many financial terms, including WACC and LIBOR. Also my university transcripts were requested and scrutinized.

Interview
Initial call was with HR. Second call was to schedule an in person interview with hiring manager. The meeting was held at CIBC HR offices with HR person present during the interview along with the hiring manager.

Interview
I went to the open house, so I got the second interview after the quick interview. The second interview is panel interview, some basic behaviour questions. The last and challlenge question is role play, give you 3 mins to prepare a real communcation with customers as CIBC FSR.
