CIBC interview questions

There is a phone interview where they ask you basic questions to judge your personality. Then there is an in person interview which asks you the basic questions such as Why do you want to work at CIBC? what do you know about CIBC? What would you say is your greatest strength/weakness?

Two manager and yourself in branch managers office. Friendly conversation but once hired manager doesnt know you. Basically branch manager leads the conversation and abm writes them down. Total time spent was about an hour give or take. Questions were generic and they have emphasized that this banks benefits to their employees were greAt but it is not.
