Was working as CSR before. Applied FSR intake program via company's carrer website. District manager seated up interview for me. Basically all interview questions centered around your sales record and sales skills.

some one works already in CIBC has refered me, so i recieved convocation of interview from the vice director of the branch. people interviewed me are quite nice, we have talked about something else before starting the interview, from this short conversation I have known that they what some one who can speak mandarin. It is a bilingue interview but they just asked me to present myself in english, and others questions were all asked in french.

Interview
45 minute phone interview. Got called for an in person interview and got offered the job at the end of the in person interview. Started the week after. Found out that most people got hired this way.
