I applied through my university site and received an interview within a couple weeks of applying. Interview was average, mostly behavioural/ situational questions. I was notified that I got the job a few days later.

Interview
Took about 6 days to get interview. Very friendly and questions are usually tailored to what you mentioned on your resume. It is imperative that you keep up with the news the ensure you know what to talk about. If you have been keeping up with the news already, this is very helpful. Have a basic understanding of evaluations of stocks and companies. There are 2 rounds, therefore the 1st round tends to be less technical.

Interview
Applied online. Got an email for scheduling phone interview the next day. HR initialled the phone interview ask about sales experience. At the end of phone interview, HR gave the detail of in person interview with hiring manager. Went on in person interview, asked about past experience and sales sales sales. In the interview, he mentioned salary and benefit. Three days after, got a phone call saying I got the job.
