Interview
I knew that the particular branch was hiring because one of my co-workers at another job worked for them and knew one of the hiring managers. They had me create an online profile, and then apply to the position online too. First was a phone interview with an HR Coordinator that lasted about 10-15 minutes (she was late and I almost thought she forgot) and then an in-person interview with the Branch Manager and another manager, which lasted 20ish minutes.
