Interview
I was first asked to complete an application form. Afterwhich, I was invited to an interview with threepanelist- one of which joined via telephone. I was asked a series of questions simultaneously by each panelist.

Interview
The phone interview was a positive, average experience as was my in person interview.
The process was extremely quick, and I was offered the position a week after the final interview.

I applied online and got email for a phone interview after approx. 20-30 days. After the interview, the recruiter refer me to one of the branch and ask me to wait for your branch manager to call.
