CIBC interview questions

Phone interview followed by in person interview. Management were kind and respectful. Process took about a month in total. Notification of hiring was within 1-2 weeks. Mangement asked many questions regarding gathering business, how to deliver client experience and how I am going to contribute to the team. highly recommend preparing a 30-60-90 plan is management is looking for a organized & prepared individual to enter a sales role.

It was brief, with the supervising manager, who ask about how I work within a team, do I keep to myself or engage with others, and how do I deal with pressure situations.
