First a phone interview will take place with a recruiter asking basic, general questions. If you pass, it is followed by an in-person interview with the branch general manager.

First was an HR round. This was done as a screening process to understand your competencies and whether you are fit for the job. It was followed by line manager round with behavioural questions

Behavioural question like situation when you faced your most irate customer
I was contacted to arrange a phone interview on a Friday afternoon. After responding on that evening, outlining the times I was available the following week given I am currently employed, I received an e-mail on the Monday morning, requesting I be available 20 minutes later for a call. This came after I identified Monday as a day where I was not available in my initial response. I followed up with the recruiter after work that evening, again identifying dates and times where I was available, and never heard back.
