CIBC interview questions

Interview using a panel of three people. Senior Manager, Senior Project Manager and HR. It is a 360 degree to assess your technical skills and ability to manage technical projects. Interview also covered situational questions regarding issues, conflict management and resources management.

Phone followed by in-person interview. Generally not very difficult. They want to know if you can generally hold a conversation with a client in both languages and that you are open to new ideas and stepping out of your comfort zone
