Interview
Two rounds of interviews, first with HR people, second with the director. Generally speaking, both were behavioural questions. Better to prepare some good questions to ask, they were also willing to introduce the general picture and what they did. Enjoy the interview. Working experiences were preferred.

Telephone interview, very basic and straightforward. Few behavioral questions regarding how you diffused situations with an angry customer, or how you would sell a customer on something. They ask you questions regarding your experience and how they can relate in this role.

there was two phone interviews the fist just getting to know you as a person and qualifying you for he position, the second more technical questions and going through the interview . the last one is face to face which included knowledge based questions and a role play
