I applied online then I was email to schedule a phone interview, after that then I had an in person interview and within 24 hrs, I was informed if I had been a successful candidate.
Phone interview followed by an online test and then an in person interview. Pretty standard situational questions emphasizing customer service and sales ability. It is a sales position so don't go in thinking it's just answering the phone. Corporate security will do a background check and will audit work history listed on resume.
