Very quick and easy process first step was a phone call with recruitment officer then second interview was with 2 managers via Microsoft meetings it was quick and painless and they were very friendly

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CIBC (Prince George, BC)
Interview
The process was quite long interview with lots of behavioral questions. IT was with the rigional manager as well as branch manager. The interview took more than 1 hour. There were soft skill related questions and also different senarios given to me and I was asked how would I behave in that perticular senario.
Asked about past experiences, asked about past colleagues, asked about handling cash in past. Asked about working weekends. Asked about working different shifts. Asked how to Deal with difficult clients. Asked if comfortable speaking on the phone
