CIBC Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

The interview was conducted in a general format, primarily consisting of standard behavioural questions aimed at assessing my communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork experience. The discussion was relatively straightforward without any technical or role-specific questions. Following the session, however, I did not receive any response or follow-up communication from the interviewer regarding next steps.
