CIBC Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Tedious, lots of tests, the whole process is very lengthy for a low level position. Wasn't impressed by the whole thing but it's probably industry related. Would not apply again. I'm not convinced that psychometric tests are useful.

I applied on job board and recive the email for conformation of interview, you can chose in-person or on the webcam. There are 2 ppl in my interview. And it talks about 20 mins
