CIBC interview questions

Applied through LinkedIn. HR reached out to me with basic questions, which were later followed by a 30 min interview with the director and 2 more rounds (30 mins each) with different people in the company. The employees themselves confirmed they are not sure what this role is about and what the director has in mind. Complete waste of time, since I was never informed of my interview status after 3 different rounds. Very much unprofessional behavior.

The interview process was fast and efficient. There was one interview with 2 people from the business unit, and the interview format being behavioural. It also takes a few days to hear back and so the overall experience is quick and smooth.
